Ryan grabbed his friend’s hand and squeezed it tight.

“I think we’re going down, Ryan. This might be the end,” Matt yelled with a panicked, shaky voice.

The plane was rapidly listing to one side, beginning to nosedive. Alarms were blaring, and the lights were flickering. The roar of the wind and the fearful wailing from the cabin were deafening.

“AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!” someone screamed.

Ryan looked to Matt, and Matt looked to Ryan.

“I love you, man,” Ryan said solemnly to his best friend.

“What are you, gay or something?” Matt asked and quickly retracted his hand.

The plane began to spiral. The G-force pushed Ryan and Matt closer to unconsciousness, the pressure stretching their faces and gluing their bodies to their seats. As the airliner fell from the heavens and plummeted to the earth below, the souls on board were saying their final prayers, hoping to wake up and realize it was all just a bad dream. But, this was no bad dream. This was a nightmare.
